Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will typically retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual). Please note that, as per our refund policy, we generally do not offer pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of your subscription if you cancel before the end of your paid term. Additionally, upon cancellation or account deletion, we provide you with the option to permanently delete all your data associated with the account.

BotGenius.io generally operates on a no-refund policy for purchased subscriptions unless there are exceptional circumstances where the application is “not as described,” “doesn’t work the way it should,” or has a “security vulnerability” that cannot be fixed. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the initial purchase and require our support team to be given a fair chance to resolve the issue first. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for any remaining subscription period if you cancel mid-subscription; you will retain service access until the end of your current billing cycle.
