At BotGenius.io, we are committed to providing you with seamless service. We understand that business needs can change, and we aim to make our cancellation and refund processes as straightforward and fair as possible.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • How to Cancel: You may cancel your BotGenius.io subscription at any time by logging into your account dashboard and navigating to the “Billing” or “Subscription” section. Follow the on-screen instructions to initiate the cancellation process. Alternatively, you may contact our support team at  support@botgenius.io to assist you with cancellation.
  • Effect of Cancellation: When you cancel your subscription, your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period (e.g., end of the month or year, depending on your plan). You will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles. No pro-rata refunds will be issued for any unused portion of a subscription period if the cancellation occurs outside of the initial refund eligibility window (as defined below).
  • Data Retention: Upon cancellation, your account will be downgraded, and data retention will follow our standard data policy outlined in our Terms of Service. We recommend exporting any critical data before cancelling if you do not intend to renew.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed in accordance with the terms outlined below:

  • Eligibility for Refund (New Subscriptions Only): If you are a new subscriber to a paid plan and are not completely satisfied with our service, you may be eligible for a full refund within 3 days of your initial subscription date. This refund applies only to your very first subscription payment.
  • Other Refund Considerations: In rare cases of prolonged and significant service outages or major technical issues directly attributable to BotGenius.io that render core functionalities unusable, and which cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, a refund or service credit may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Non-Refundable Circumstances: Refunds will generally not be issued for:
    • Any recurring payments beyond the initial eligible refund period.
    • Partial use of a subscription period.
    • Changes in your business requirements or strategy.
    • Issues caused by third-party integrations not directly managed or controlled by BotGenius.io.
    • Account suspension or termination due to a violation of our Terms of Service.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria above, please submit your request to our support team at  support@botgenius.io within the specified timeframe. Your request must include:

  • Your BotGenius.io account email address.
  • Your subscription details (plan name, initial subscription date).
  • A clear and detailed reason for your refund request.

Our team will review your request thoroughly and may contact you for additional information if needed.

4. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed promptly. Please allow 7 working days for the credited amount to reflect in your original payment method. The exact timing may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.

5. Changes to This Policy

BotGenius.io reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
